How Exactly Does An Escape Room Work?
Booking an escape room reservation is similar to buying a movie or concert ticket. Full payment is due at the time of booking, the start time you have selected is not flexible and it is best to arrive about 10 to 15 minutes early.
Please arrive 10-15 minutes before your scheduled time. Make sure you have ample time to allow for traffic and parking. Your punctuality is greatly appreciated!
Since your ticket reserves the room for one hour, in case you show up late, your game time may be decreased. If the rest of your group arrives on time, they will be allowed to start without you.
How much does a room reservation cost?
Minimum price for a 60 minute escape room is $100.00 for 2 to 3 players, $30 per player for groups of four or more.
Minimum price for a 15 minute mini escape is $30.00 for up to 2 players and $15 each additional player.
What do I need to book?
Some basic contact information and your credit card info is required to complete a booking.
When will I be charged for the booking?
As full payment is due at the time of booking, cards are processed when the reservation is made.
Can I change my payment details after completing my booking?
Unfortunately, no. Cards are processed at the time of booking. We cannot change the payment method or issue a discount on a completed booking.
Can I reschedule my room if necessary?
Yes, as much advanced notice as possible is always appreciated.
Please call or email us at least 4 business hours in advance of your scheduled start time to make a change to your room, date or time. To make a change to a booking from 12:00 pm to 4:00 pm you must call a day in advance. To make a change from 4:00 pm to closing time, you must call at least 4 hours earlier that same day. We will make every effort to accommodate your selection, if available.
Reservations may not be rescheduled less than 4 hours prior to your booking time. Please refer to our cancellation policy.
What is Escape LG's cancellation policy?
If you must cancel your reservation, we ask for at least 48 hours notice. As much advanced notice as possible is always appreciated. Please call or email us to make a cancellation.
If you cancel with a minimum of 48 hours notice, you are eligible for a refund of the full amount.
If you need to cancel with less than 48 hours notice, you can either reschedule your room for a later date or receive a 75% refund.
Escape LG does not accept cancellations or offer refunds within 4 hours of the reservation start time.
No Shows
“No shows” are those that do not attend their reservation without notifying Escape LG at least 4 hours prior to their reservation time.
We do not refund or reschedule “no shows”.
Gift Cards
Gift cards are non-refundable.
