Step 1: Request a Fun-raiser!

Complete and submit the Escape LG Fun-Raising Request Form. Please ensure you provide us with a completed W9 form once your submit your request.

Our team will review your request and respond within 10 business days.  Requests should be made at least 30 days prior to your desired event date.  Event dates are subject to availability.

Step 2: Spread the Word!

Once your event is approved, you will receive your unique fun-raising promotion code and you may begin promoting your event.

We provide a customized flyer design for you to print and hand out to promote your event. We’ll also provide additional social media marketing assets and tips to help your fun-raising efforts.

Step 3: Host your Event!

Your organization will receive a donation in the amount of 10% of the Total Eligible Gross Sales (exclusions apply) from your designated and registered fundraising event.  Minimum sales of $150 is required.

Guests booking online should enter your unique fun-raising promotion code found on the flyer prior to electronic payment.  Guests booking in-person should present a physical or digital copy of the flyer to the front desk.  We suggest that bookings be made in advance of the event date as booking times are subject to availability.

Step 4: See your Results!

We will review the total gross sales for the date of your designated and registered fundraising event for eligible sales booked using your unique fun-raising promotion code.  A check will be sent to the mailing address on record from your application within 30 days of your event.

What percentage of sales is donated to back to my organization?

Your organization will receive a donation in the amount of 10% of the *Total Gross Sales (*exclusions apply) from your designated and registered fundraising event.  Minimum sales of $150 is required.

Guests booking online should enter the promo code found on the flyer prior to electronic payment.  Advance online bookings must include the organization’s unique promotion code at time of purchase to be eligible. Guests booking in-person should provide a physical or digital copy of the flyer to the cashier.  We suggest that bookings be made in advance of the event date.  Booking times are subject to availability.

We are not a 501C3 Organization. Can we still host an Escape LG fun-raiser?

At this time, we are only able to partner with IRS tax-exempt, 501C3 organizations. We wish you and your organization the best of luck. Should your status ever change, we welcome you to partner with us in the future!

Do you have any exclusions for Escape LG Fun-raising?

Currently, we only consider requests from IRS tax-exempt, 501C3 organizations operating within the New York counties of Warren, Washington, Essex and Saratoga. 

Do I need to coordinate with the Escape LG Escape Room Center?

No, your fun-raising coordinator will arrange all the details for your organization and the Escape Room Center.  As a event coordinator, you do not need to be present during your event. If you have any questions or changes to the event, please email us at info@escapelg.com.

How often can I host an Escape LG Fun-Raising event?

Each organization is limited to one event per calendar year, assuming past events have been run satisfactorily to both parties.

Are there any exclusions or ineligible purchases?

Eligible purchases are solely for Live Escape Room Experiences (60 and 15 minute escape rooms) at our physical location at 115 Canada Street, Lake George, NY. Gift card purchases, retail purchases and virtual escape room experiences are excluded and will not count towards the total gross sales. You may however, use a gift card as a form of payment for your designated fundraising event.

This offer will be void if the flyer is distributed in or near Escape LG’s physical location at 115 Canada Street on the event date. Fundraising events may be cancelled without notice due to abuse, error, fraud, computer error, electronic or technical malfunctions, or other unforeseen or unintended circumstances.

Can I change or cancel my event?

Please contact us at info@escapelg.com at least seven days prior to your scheduled event date to make any changes to or to cancellation of your event.  We will do our best to help you with any requested changes or re-scheduling your event based on availability.

Fundraising is great but I was looking for a donation. How do I request one?

We love to partner with our community! Please submit the Escape LG Gift Card Donation Request for approval. Currently, we only consider requests from IRS tax-exempt, 501C3 organizations operating within the New York counties of Warren, Washington, Essex and Saratoga.
